Questions

What counts as an AI request?

Each /ask and each Assistant plan in the dashboard. Moderation, leveling, logging and every other command never count.

When does the daily limit reset?

Every day at 00:00 UTC, separately for each server. When a server runs out, Lyx tells whoever asked and how long until the reset.

Does User Premium upgrade my server?

No. Your personal 500 requests are only for you, and only after the server's own allowance is used up. Everyone else in the server keeps the server's limit. Server Premium, likewise, does not give members personal Premium.

How do I cancel?

Use Manage billing on this page. Premium stays on until the end of the month you paid for, then the server or account goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted; custom commands come back if you upgrade again.

What does Lifetime mean?

You pay once and keep Server or User Premium for as long as Lyx runs, with no renewals.
