Reporting
At lyx.lol/report you can report a Discord user or server that breaks Lyx's rules (scams, harassment, hate, raids, abusing Lyx). Give their ID, what happened and any screenshot links. Security problems go privately to lyx.lol/security.
Lyx staff read every report. You can see the status of yours on the same page, and you get a DM when it is closed. The person you reported never sees your name. You can send up to 5 reports a day.
For problems inside one server, contact that server's own moderators first: Lyx staff handle Lyx's rules, not each server's.
Blacklists
Lyx staff can blacklist an account or a server from Lyx, for a set time or permanently. A blacklisted account cannot use Lyx in any server; Lyx leaves a blacklisted server. You are told by DM with the reason.
Appealing
Sign in and go to lyx.lol/restrictions. It shows any block on your account or on servers you own, why, and until when. Write your appeal there. Staff may ask questions; answer on the same page. You get a DM with the decision. After a rejection you can appeal again 30 days later. The full rules are at lyx.lol/policies/blacklist.
