Events
Each event can be switched off individually. Logging needs a channel; without one the module stays quiet.
- Member joins and leaves, with account age and join date.
- Message deleted — content, author, channel.
- Message edited — before and after, with a jump link.
- Moderation actions — the full case.
- Role changes — roles added and removed.
What is not logged
Lyx does not archive messages, record voice, or log every message sent. Deleted and edited messages are the only message content it keeps, and only as a log embed. Attachments are not re-uploaded.
Permissions
The bot needs View Channel, Send Messages and Embed Links in the log channel. If those are missing, the event is dropped and a warning is written to the bot log — nothing is queued for later.
