Swear jar

Turn it on with /swearjar toggle enabled:true or on the dashboard Community tab. Lyx then counts swear words in messages into each member’s swear jar.

The jar is shared: one total per person across every server with the swear jar on. /swearjar check shows yours (or someone else’s) with the words partly hidden and what it would cost at 25¢ a swear; /swearjar top ranks this server’s members.

Only the numbers are kept, never messages. Slurs are not counted (block those with AutoMod), and one message adds at most 5. /swearjar reset empties your own jar.

Forms

Make forms on the dashboard Forms tab: staff applications, event sign-ups, feedback. Each form gets a link like lyx.lol/form/k3x9q2mf7a to share anywhere.

Questions can be short answers, paragraphs, multiple choice or checkboxes, each one required or optional. Or describe the form ("a staff application asking age, timezone and experience") and press Draft it with AI; nothing is saved until you press Save.

Only members of your server can answer, and they sign in with Discord, so you always know who answered. Each form takes one answer per person unless you turn that off.

Responses can be posted in a channel. Turn on Review responses to accept or deny each one in Discord (buttons on the post), on the dashboard, or both. Accepting can give a role (never one with staff permissions) and Lyx can DM the person the result.

Anonymous confessions

Members post with /confess or the Confess button. It shows as "Anonymous confession #12" with Confess, Reply and Report buttons. Replies are anonymous too and go in a thread under the confession.

Turn it on with /confessions setup channel:#confessions staff_channel:#staff, which also posts a message with a Confess button, or on the dashboard Confessions tab. With review:true, staff approve each one before it is posted.

Confessions are anonymous to members, not to staff: Report sends it to the staff channel with who sent it, and /confessions lookup number:12 shows the sender only to you. Members are told this when they confess.

Links are blocked, nobody can be pinged and your AutoMod blocked words apply. Stop someone with /confessions ban. Confessions are deleted from Lyx after 90 days.

Tickets and web transcripts

/ticket setup channel:#support staff_role:@Staff posts an "Open ticket" button. Each ticket is a private channel for the member and your staff, with Claim and Close buttons. Staff can /ticket add or /ticket remove people.

Closing saves a web transcript at lyx.lol/transcripts/…, posts the link in your log channel and DMs it to the member. Only that member, your staff (Manage Server or the ticket staff role) and Lyx admins can open it, after signing in. Transcripts are kept 90 days by default (set 1 to 365), then deleted. Attachment links come from Discord and can stop working after a while.

Modmail

/modmail setup staff_role:@Staff lets members DM Lyx to reach your staff. A private channel opens; whatever staff write there is sent to the member, except messages starting with # (staff-only notes). Close with the button or /modmail close; a web transcript is saved like tickets.

Ban appeals

/appeals setup channel:#appeals turns appeals on. Banned members go to lyx.lol/appeal/<server ID> (the link is added to ban DMs and shown by /appeals link), sign in with Discord, and answer your question. Lyx checks they really are banned.

Appeals arrive with Accept and unban and Deny buttons for staff with Ban Members. Members can appeal again after a cooldown (7 days by default).

Giveaways

/giveaway start prize:"Nitro" duration:3d winners:2 posts a giveaway with an Enter button. Optional requirements: a role, a minimum Lyx level, account age and days in the server; they are checked on entry and again when winners are picked. /giveaway end, reroll, cancel and list manage them.
