Bot is offline or not responding
Check status page for service health. Ensure the bot has required permissions in your server. Try kicking and re-inviting if issues persist.
Commands not appearing
Slash commands may take up to an hour to propagate globally. Use /help in Discord to see available commands. Ensure the bot has applications.commands scope.
Missing permissions errors
Lyx needs specific permissions for each feature. Check the permissions guide. Ensure Lyx's role is above roles it needs to manage.
Dashboard login issues
Clear cookies for lyx.lol and api.lyx.lol. Ensure you're in the server you're trying to manage. You need "Manage Server" or a configured moderator role.
Settings not saving
Check for error toasts. Verify bot is online and has permissions. Some settings require bot restart — check the dashboard for notices.
Auto-mod false positives
Adjust thresholds in the automod builder. Add exempt roles/channels. Use the test controls to verify behavior before enabling.
